• With over fourteen years with Fonville Morisey Realty, I know the area and I know markets. I am willing to do the work and I deliver results! 2008 was my third highest producing year to date. 2009 turned out to be my best year in the business. With the confidence of past client’s referrals and hard work, I am grateful for my success. 2010 was another successful year for me and my clients. As of February 2012 I have been able to get every residential listing I took on in 2011 closed or under contract. The average days on market were 54 (only one took more than 75). The closed listings sold at an average of 96.4% of the list price. The only two listings I carried over from 2011 are now under contract. Getting your home sold in this market is tricky and takes more attention to detail and work than ever before. With careful, cost effective advice on what to do to your property and how to price it I have proven to be able to get the job done with great results.
